Making a purchase
At BeigeBloomStudio, we are not able to cancel, amend or combine orders that are made separately and that have been successfully paid for. Please ensure that item, colour, size, quantity, prices and address are correct before making full payment.
We post all orders made before 12pm, Monday – Friday on the same day via our appointed courier service – J&T
Once the Shipping Confirmation is emailed to you, your products are under the responsibility of our third party postal service providers and we shall not be responsible for lost parcel in post if proof of postage is supplied. Any claim will have to be made with our third party postal service providers and we will make reasonable effort to assist in compensation claims (if any).
For all international orders, any customs or import duties charged once the parcel reaches its destination country (if any) must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel.
All unclaimed parcels are forfeited 30 days after a notification email or Whatsapp is sent. Maximum limit BeigeBloomStudio will keep any return parcels / unclaimed / failed delivery is only within 30 days. After that, the order will considered sold and no refund will be made applicable for this situation.
Payment
All payments have to be made to BeigeBloomStudio. Payments shall not be deemed to be made until full amount of funds have cleared.
Prices and shipping rates are subject to change without notice but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
Only one promo code can be used per order. Promo code cannot be use for SALE item or item listed under SALE Category.
Media & Website
Please note that there may be a variance in the colour of the item due to computer screen settings and studio lighting. BeigeBloomStudio portrays all items as accurately as possible. Returns due to colour variances will not be accepted.
BeigeBloomStudio is not liable for BeigeBloomStudio items purchased from a third party merchant.
Usage of the site
BeigeBloomStudio may feature pictures, articles, information, digital images, text, data, games, surveys, contests, promotions, advertising, logos, trademarks and other forms of content*** we deem will be of interest to our customers or visitors. This content can be viewed, transferred, shared and stored by our customers and guest. However, the ownership of this Content belongs to BeigeBloomStudio and by downloading or storing of this content does not render the customer or visitor the rights nor ownership to it.
